Not so Chunky Monkey Granola

Granola, almond butter, banana, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cashews, oats, breakfast, healthy


4 cups oats

1/2 cup almond butter (or nut butter)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup banana chips

1 cup pumpkin seeds

1 cup flax seeds

1 cup cashews

1 cup walnuts


Add all ingredients to bowl and combine. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes!
