Sweet Potato Turmeric Hummus

sweet potato, hummus, lemon, turmeric, tahini, snacks, healthy, protein


1 sweet potato

1 can of chickpeas

2tbsp tahini

1/3 cup olive oil

Juice of 3/4 lemon

2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp paprika


Put all items in a blender (or food processor works better)! Add more or less spices as desired. Serve with your favourite veggies, crackers (homemade crackers coming soon) or in salads!
