4 cups oats
1 cup chia seeds
1 cup goji berries
1 cup almonds and pecans
1 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp all natural honey (Feel free to add more depending on how sweet you like it)
*If vegan, use vegan sweetener instead of honey
- Add dry ingredients to a bowl. Melt coconut oil and honey and mix all together.
- Bake at 350 for approximately 25 mins (watch the goji berries, they can burn easily
Enjoy with plant based milk, or use to top oatmeal or smoothie bowls!
Recommend: coconut milk, frozen blueberries & raspberries, banana and pomegranate!
Makes the best early morning breakfast or late night study snack (if you constantly crave cereal like myself)!
