Tropical Goji Super Granola


Granola, goji, coconut, chia, healthy, breakfast, almond


4 cups oats

1 cup chia seeds

1 cup goji berries

1 cup almonds and pecans

1 cup coconut flakes

1/3 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp all natural honey (Feel free to add more depending on how sweet you like it)

*If vegan, use vegan sweetener instead of honey


  1. Add dry ingredients to a bowl. Melt coconut oil and honey and mix all together.
  2. Bake at 350 for approximately 25 mins (watch the goji berries, they can burn easily

Enjoy with plant based milk, or use to top oatmeal or smoothie bowls!

Recommend: coconut milk, frozen blueberries & raspberries, banana and pomegranate!

Makes the best early morning breakfast or late night study snack (if you constantly crave cereal like myself)!
