Carrots (Julienned or Spiralized)
Fresh basil or cilantro to garnish
- Slice thinly, julienne or spiralize vegetables
- Lay out collard green, cut of stem and excess green place inside wrap
- Spread hummus evenly over wrap. Place veggies to one side (as much as you can)
- Fold bottom up and roll tightly, squeeze with hands. Cut and enjoy (sometimes you may need a toothpick to hold it together if you plan to take it to go).
