Tropical Beet Smoothie

Ingredients: (Makes 2)

1 Beet (cooked)

Large handful of greens

1 handful frozen raspberries

1 handful frozen pineapple

1/2 kiwi

1/2 inch fresh ginger chopped

1/2 cup coconut water


  1. Roast beets before hand and store in fridge by wrapping in tin foil and baking at 450 for 30-40 minuets. The skin should peel off easily after this.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and enjoy with a straw or as a smoothie bowl!
